Group Compliance Manager

On leaving University, Philip took up an exciting role at Richard Branson’s newly launched Virgin Direct. Working with highly motivated and energetic people, Philip progressed within the firm and seized the opportunity to move into the specialised area of Compliance. He hasn’t looked back since.

The regulatory environment has changed significantly over the last two decades and Philip has worked through it all, helping various firms to become regulated or to meet the ever changing requirements.

He is a champion of the consumer and his mantra is ‘treating customers fairly’.
