Account Handler

Nicola has worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years primarily within SME/mid and large corporate global commercial divisions, working across cross-class insurance products within many different industry sectors.

Her experience spans senior account handling/team/operations/claims/IT systems and training management.

She is DIP CII qualified and currently studying for her ACII.

In her spare time, Nicola enjoys horse riding, going to the cinema, listening to all kinds of music, playing the piano and worldwide travel.
