Senior Claims Handler

Louise initially worked in insurance sales for two different brokers for more than four years. She then decided to move into insurance claims and joined ULR Norwich.

She worked there for eight years, progressing to a managerial position, advising clients on uninsured loss claims all the way through to issuing court proceedings.

It was here that she started working alongside Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers. Impressed by their passion for their clients, she decided to make a career move to their claims department in 2010. She now advises clients on a range of personal and commercial claims. She has also gained her Cert CII qualification and became a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

When not at work, she spends her spare time with her husband and little boy.
